Melissa Harris-Roberts with Luxevo Vacations with Melissa provides travel-related research, planning, and booking services as agreed upon with the booking client. All individuals listed on a booking are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Luxevo Vacations with Melissa does not directly supply the travel services requested and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers. The suppliers mentioned in the provided travel information are responsible for delivering the travel services purchased. I consent to using these suppliers and agree not to hold Luxevo Vacations with Melissa liable if these suppliers: 1) fail to deliver the purchased services; 2) violate any applicable laws; or 3) engage in any negligent acts or omissions causing injury, damage, delays, or inconvenience.

Luxevo Vacations with Melissa is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by factors beyond its reasonable control. Except in cases of Luxevo Vacations with Melissa’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, I agree not to hold them responsible for any issues that may arise during third-party-provided excursions or activities.

The booking client is responsible for reviewing all travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and should contact Luxevo Vacations with Melissa with any questions. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of all travel quotations and documents and to confirm their details with Luxevo Vacations with Melissa.

The booking client understands that most reservation fares come with restrictions, including those regarding cancellations. Changing any aspect of a travel arrangement may incur additional fees.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires a government-issued ID to board a flight. The name, date of birth, and gender on the ID must match the airline ticket information exactly. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or delays at airport security, potentially causing missed flights.

For international travel, a valid passport is required, with at least six months of validity beyond the return date and two or more blank pages. Booking details must match the personal information on the travel documents. Depending on the destination and nationality, one or more visas may be needed, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to verify and obtain these documents.

Travelers are responsible for confirming and meeting all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements for their destinations, as well as checking conditions concerning health, safety, security, political stability, and civil or labor unrest.

Luxevo Vacations with Melissa does not have special knowledge of the financial stability of travel providers, nor of unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather issues, or climate extremes at specific locations. For potential risks, Luxevo Vacations with Melissa advises contacting the U.S. State Department Travel Warnings Section at 1-888-407-4747 or visiting www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, contact the Centers for Disease Control at 1-800-232-4636 or www.cdc.gov/travel.

Travel insurance is available for purchase to cover specific risks, such as supplier bankruptcy or inability to travel due to emergencies. Written acceptance is required to confirm whether the client chooses to accept or decline travel insurance.

A deposit paid to the supplier by the agent guarantees secured travel arrangements, though rates may vary until the booking is fully paid. All deposits are non-refundable.

Luxevo Vacations with Melissa will secure an itinerary following the client’s approval, but suppliers may make changes to the itinerary that are outside Luxevo Vacations with Melissa's control. The client will be informed of any such changes.

Where specified in writing (including via email), a “Plan to Travel” fee may apply, and certain planning charges may be imposed. For example, Luxevo Vacations with Melissa typically charges a deposit of $100 (or $500 for destination weddings or group travel) for itinerary research, credited as a resort or cruise credit if the trip is booked. If the trip is not booked or canceled, the deposit is retained as non-refundable compensation for planning efforts.

Custom itinerary planning fees may apply for complex or multi-destination trips and coordination involving multiple transportation modes (e.g., flights, trains, transfers). Changes to confirmed bookings will incur a $75 per change fee and may include additional fees from the supplier. All other charges will be communicated in writing (including via email) by Luxevo Vacations with Melissa.
